  Very bad service. I asked if they had a bed for my mum to lie down on as she was feeling light headed and suffered an injury that day, receptionist said "no, we only have one bed and that is being used at the moment we are a small practice". , so my mum had no choice but to lie down on the waiting room floor.
  later I saw that they actually have two beds and one bed was unoccupied.
